Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products.
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number — we will resolve it immediately.
